| We are unable to cancel an order once it has been submitted. Should you no longer require an order that has been submitted, please refer to our returns policy below. |
| Refunds and Returns |
| AlwaysReading.co.uk operates a ‘no questions asked’ returns policy providing you return your book to us within 7 working days of the delivery of your order. This policy is in accordance with the UK Distance Selling Regulations. A full refund will be given for the returned items, providing they are in their original condition, however, any postage costs incurred when returning your items will be at your own cost. This policy does not extend to any perishable items, sealed audio, video recording or computer software, which are subject to our standard returns policy (see below). Refunds will be credited to your payment card. Refunds will not be paid in cash. |
| After the ‘no questions asked’ 7 day period we will be happy to accept items for return under the following circumstances: |
- Damaged or Faulty.
We will either replace the item or give you a full refund (including postage costs). Please state which option you prefer. If you require a replacement, we will wait to receive the damaged or faulty item from you before sending out a new one. If you require a refund we will wait to receive the damaged or faulty goods from you before issuing the refund.
- Incorrect Items Supplied.
If we have made a mistake with your order and sent you an incorrect item, a full refund (including postage costs) will be given.
(Items should be returned to us by the most economical method. They remain your property until we have received them. For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service if the value of the return is more than £50 GBP).
In all of the aforementioned instances the book must be returned to us within 28 days of receipt. It must be in pristine and resaleable condition. If we do not receive the book within 28 days of receipt we reserve the right not to accept your return and also not to issue you with a refund or exchange. We also reserve the right to charge an amount equal to our re-delivery costs to the payment card used for the order.
When returning books please repackage the products securely and send the products together with the reason for return, the invoice number, your e-mail address and telephone number and instructions as to whether you would like a refund or a replacement. You will find the Returns address on the paperwork that arrives with your order.
Please allow 14 days (in addition to the delivery time) for the return to be processed.

| Non Delivery |
| If you do not receive goods ordered by you within 15 working days of the date on which they were dispatched to you please contact us by email. AlwaysReading.co.uk shall have no liability to you unless you notify us within 20 working days of the date on which the goods were dispatched to you. |
| Site Functionality |
| From time to time the functionality of the AlwaysReading.co.uk website may be compromised or even suspended due to necessary repairs and updates. In such instances we ask for your patience, we will endeavor to make keep these instances to a minimum. |
| Children |
| Some of our products are aimed at children, however these are not for purchase by children and must only be purchased by adults. Persons under the age of 18 may only use the site under supervision of a parent or guardian. We recommend that all purchases intended for children are thoroughly vetted by the parent/guardian before use with or by children. |
